To main city centers estimated delivery is 2-3 business days (excluding the day of placing the order) and for outlying areas 2-3 business days from time of payment.
- A FLAT RATE IS USED - INDICATED AT CHECKOUT.
- EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE at extra cost - INDICATED AT CHECKOUT.
- You will receive confirmation from US via email once your product has been handed over to the carrier.
- A waybill number for Live Tracking updates are automated by the courier company/carrier. (COURIER GUY/POSTNET - DHL etc)

When receiving your delivery:
At the time of delivery:
- Kindly ensure that you take note of any damages or shortages.
- Should there be such, then these deviations must be documented on the courier's delivery waybill.
- Should you NOT check your order with the courier company - exchange/refund/replace claims for these breakages/damages/defects or shortages will be forfeited.
Delivery Challenges:
- Kindly ensure that the correct delivery address is used.
- Last minute address amendments will not be possible.
- IF UNSURE ABOUT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS: do not place your order as we can not reroute orders in transit especially Express Courier orders.
- Should you not be available for your delivery, a re-attempt will be made by the courier company - of which you will receive live updates to ensure your availability.
- To reinforce: We do not collect VAT or customs duties. These are paid by the customer upon delivery, depending on the destination country.
