FULL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. WEB DEVELOPMENT & TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT (50%)

• Shopify store optimization (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• SEO & performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Google Search Console)
• Content & product management (listings, collections, blog posts)
• Analytics & reporting (GA4, Shopify Analytics)
• App & integration management (Klaviyo, Matrixify, Shopify Flow)

Note: Shopify doesn't need daily tune-ups. Work is project-based and as-needed.

2. FULFILLMENT & LOGISTICS (25%)

• Receive inventory shipments from South Africa
• Store products securely in climate-controlled space
• Pack and ship customer orders promptly
• Update inventory levels in real-time
• Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods

3. INNER CIRCLE & DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGEMENT (20%)

• Edit video content (masterclasses, meditations, tutorials)
• Organize digital content library (videos, audio, PDFs)
• Manage membership platform (Kajabi, Teachable, Circle, or similar)
• Sync content across platforms (Shopify, email, membership site)
• Optimize member experience and troubleshoot issues
• Create email sequences and landing pages

4. SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT (5% - Bonus)

• Schedule Instagram posts via Meta Business Suite 
• Respond to comments and DMs within brand guidelines
• Track engagement metrics

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• ✅ 3+ years Shopify development experience with proven portfolio
• ✅ Expert-level Liquid templating language proficiency
• ✅ HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• ✅ Deep SEO understanding (technical, on-page, schema markup)
• ✅ Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Shopify Analytics
• ✅ Problem-solving mindset with debugging ability

Content Creation Skills (Must-Have):

• ✅ Video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• ✅ Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar)
• ✅ Audio editing (Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar)
• ✅ Video optimization for web and mobile

• ✅ Membership platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Circle, MemberPress)

Logistics Skills (Must-Have):

• ✅ Order fulfillment, packing, and shipping experience
• ✅ Secure storage space (minimum 50 sq ft, climate-controlled)

• ✅ Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

YEAR 1: PARTNERSHIP FOUNDATION

Base: $50-70/hour (based on experience)
Commission: None (LAVA covering international shipping costs)
Performance Bonuses:

• 30 days: $200 bonus
• 90 days: $500 bonus
• 6 months: $750 bonus
• 12 months: $1,000 bonus + Year 2 benefits unlocked

Total Year 1 Bonuses: Up to $2,450

YEAR 2: PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Base: $55-75/hour (rate increase after review)
Commission: 3-5% on fulfilled orders
13th Cheque: One month's average earnings as year-end bonus
Partnership Prep: Quarterly business reviews, financial transparency, strategic training

TRIAL PERIOD & ONBOARDING:

Phase 1 (Weeks 1-4): Web Development, Digital Management & Content

• Focus on Shopify tasks, content editing, digital platform setup
• No inventory shipped during this phase
• Complete paid test projects ($50-100 each)
• Rate during trial: Agreed hourly rate (no reduction)

Phase 2 (Weeks 5-8): Trial Inventory Shipment

• Small batch shipment (10-20 items, max $500 value)
• Process test orders to verify fulfillment accuracy
• Weekly inventory reconciliation with photos

Phase 3 (Weeks 9-12): Scale Up

• Larger inventory batches shipped incrementally
• Full integration into daily operations

Full Partnership Track (After 90 days):

• Access to full inventory levels
• Increased responsibilities and hours
• Quarterly reviews and partnership discussions
