Group Pilates — in-person across South Africa (10+ participants) and virtually worldwide for any group size.
Private 1:1 face-to-face sessions — available as packages (minimum 10 sessions). Contact us to discuss.
What You Need
A device with camera and stable internet. A mat and small clear space to move. No specialist equipment required for most sessions — we advise at booking if anything additional is needed.
